A journey

Photography is a journey without any destination, for me. I love photography and have been taking pictures for last 10 years. I do it for myself, occasional praise from family and friends feels nice. I have decided to blog one picture a day, giving my background and thought process - whether I achieved my expectation or failed completely.

This picture is of my kids when we were having a holiday break near Bude, Cornwall (Wales). It was evening and I noticed the elder one busy on her mobile, while the young one was simply enjoying the swing. I decided to take a picture with slowed shutter to capture the motion of swing with confidence that elder one was not going to move :)

I think the black and white version looked better and in terms of my goal, this picture was exactly I thought to take.
